Verified Dating Platform – An Easier Way to Meet Like-Minded Singles?

Due to our hectic lifestyles, many of us can hardly find the time to catch up with friends, let alone date! Hence, many dating websites/apps have popped up around the world to assist us weary working people in finding a perfect match…but how many of these sites actually work? When I heard about eSynchrony, a dating platform originating from Singapore, I thought its methods for compatibility matching was interesting and because I couldn’t try it myself (I’m attached!) I attempted to matchmake my buddy, Qua Chee!

Registering on the website is fairly simple, you fill in your personal details and all, but what intrigued me was their personality quiz. You know the nerd in me asked “Is the questionnaire legit?” , I would definitely know because I read so much literature on personality questionnaires, and have even used some for my research! So, Qua Chee completed the personality questionnaire which took about 30-45 minutes… and within a week, he was presented with quite a few profiles based on compatibility matching conjured by the system! The results even show you which aspects of your personalities match, which I thought was really smart.

What I especially liked about eSynchrony was the fact that they personally called you to ask on your date availability and to verify the authenticity of your profile.. Since Qua Chee had a few matches, they took the time to ask him and the match on a place to meet, what time is good, etc…and this is called TLC! (Tender Loving Care) Most importantly, they verified every member’s identity to make sure they are genuine! No wonder the successful rate is so high!

When the date was set up through the professional consultant, it was time for Qua Chee to go on the date for real..of course I was squealing with excitement and me being the girl that I am asked the silliest question “What are you going to wear?”

And, he chose this laid back outfit which I thought he looked good in..

Although if I had known earlier, I would have asked him to wear a button down shirt just cause I’m a girl like that. This was their dinner date. Being quite shy about posting the online identity, we omitted his date’s picture, sorry no juicy photo details!

He said the date went well and they had quite a lot of stuff in common to talk about, and I think this attests to the detailed personality quiz… woot woot!! Like he said, it’s too early to call it, but I think this is a great way to meet people. It’s non-intrusive, it’s professional, and it’s for like-minded, young working professional. So, let’s just say both of them wanted to continue dating other people, they could go back to the drawing board to meet other matches and eSynchrony consultant will be there to assist the entire process again!
