Did you guys know that KL Restaurant Week has hit the shores of Malaysia for the first time?  Started in New York City since 1992 and has fast become a national and international week in the restaurant industry!

KL Restaurant Week in our country is something new for the F&B industry in Malaysia as it provides a platform, and an opportunity for the diners to try all different category restaurants, while the chef/restaurant itself can introduce their signature dish at affordable prices for a whole week from 4th Oct until 11th October. There would have a list of restaurants participating in KL Restaurant Week.

Thanks to Hungrygowhere Malaysia, I managed to review a restaurant on Jalan Bangkun –Midi57 ! Let's see what they've got?

Met  Vernon Chana famous blogger who also did a review in a separate restaurant, Opus down the road!!

All in all, I think it's more worth it to try the RM78++ dinner set as the RM38++ one lack creativity as the starter and dessert was the “XXX of the day”. Meaning, it could be by chance you get your favourite starter and dessert, and there are chances that you might get what you don't like to eat.

It's definitely a good start to a new FnB trend in Malaysia getting higher class restaurants to participate, but remember guys…you only get one week to enjoy the menus prepared, so make the most of it:)
