Although it’s the start of the year(we are moving to March,OMG!), things are moving so fast and I’ve come to realize many people in their twenties do not take the time to breathe and simply do nothing… It’s always fast moving and there’s always someplace to go and something to do…
For me, not just over the past year, I started reminiscing about the past, about how life was so simple back then when we were kids, growing up. All we thought of was simply studies, and hopefully doing well in it. I also missed the fact that everything was so simple and safe. Walking to school was not dangerous, nor driving back after midnight(when I first got my car). Now, you are afraid to carry your bag out of the car and cross the road, it has come to this type of situation here in Malaysia.
It would be great if things can be less hectic and simpler when it comes to living. Not worrying about which job to take, slaving away at it to keep it, and to take the time to smell the roses, to have a work life balance which many people in Malaysia are lacking(but we are definitely better than alot of Asian countries!)
I still love teddy bears
It’s always good to think back to the day when hop scotch was fun and not just ipad’s, when having a good conversation face to face is priceless, and not just staring at your phone. Remember guys, the new age doesn’t mean we forget what relationships, having some old skool fun really means… For me, I have started writing quotes which I find quirky, fun and inspiring into my quote book, so I can share it with you guys..something fun and it allows me to share too! Writing in a book is a traditional way but I combine it with sharing through social media with you guys:)
