Guess my title says it all.. Am writing this because she is one lady that has not just been an inspiration to me but many females out there.. A full time writer/blogger and fashionista, also a leukemia patient who’s been battling it for the past 4 years, and she passed just last night..

It was this week that her article to inspire women was suppose to come out for International women’s day on wanista.com after mine but it couldn’t happen because she was too weak for the interview 🙁 Thus, this is a tribute to someone influential since she started “kicking cancer in the nuts” , as she would say..

When I first met her, she had the guts to tell me everything about her cancer, how she was an engineer but started to live life to the fullest as a fashion journalist in 2008. Since 2010, she as diagnosed with leukemia and her prognosis wasn’t good, BUT she still lived life in an interesting way, that she attended every event she fancied, wrote, and most of all, enjoyed what she did..

Can’t believe it but she lived for 4 whole years with leukemia, going in and out of hospital but everytime we met her, she’s always smiling, happy and positive which lead her to be one of the chosen influencers for The Influencer.

For the finale episode, she came with a big smile

And enjoying it, always dressed to the nines..

Loved the fact that she was always smiling

Gamed for everything

She was also the one to tell me this which I will always remember..

“I live life to the fullest everyday and enjoy it because I am thankful for everday that I get”

When we start triviliang over the small stuff, and worry unnecessarily,it’s truly nothing compared to her who was battling everyday of her life for the past years with leukemia…

Will miss you loads.. and RIP Ami Schaheera..

Missing you,

Mei Sze
